By accessing or using FreelanceFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreelanceFlow is a finance management platform designed for freelancers. The Service allows you to create invoices, track client payments, manage clients and projects, view financial overviews, send payment reminders, and work with multiple currencies. Features may vary between Free and Pro plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Ensure that all data you enter (invoices, client information, etc.) is accurate and lawful.

5. Payments & Billing

The Pro plan requires a monthly subscription fee. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreelanceFlow and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
